REFUND POLICY

Right of withdrawal (up to 14 days after purchase)

The participant has the right to cancel the purchase in writing up to 14 calendar days after the purchase date, without giving any reason. If the cancellation is made within this period and the activity has not yet commenced, the full amount paid will be refunded within a reasonable period of time.

The right of withdrawal expires if the activity takes place within these 14 days and the participant has expressly agreed to the immediate execution of the activity.

Cancellation after the withdrawal period

After the 14-day withdrawal period has expired, cancellation is no longer possible and no refund will be provided, regardless of the reason for cancellation or non-participation. Participation is in principle personal, but may be transferred to a substitute with the prior approval of Abalon.

Partial refunds are not provided in the event of early termination, subjective dissatisfaction or failure to use parts of the activity.

Cancellation or modification by Abalon

If Abalon cancels an activity, the full amount paid will be refunded. Abalon is not liable for additional costs such as travel, accommodation or other personal expenses.
Abalon reserves the right to make practical or substantive changes (such as location, timing or programme), as long as the essence of the activity remains unchanged. Such changes do not entitle you to a refund.
